Who we are

Even the strong need comfort.

That line is the whole idea. Most of the people who find us are competent, capable, and holding a great deal together; which is precisely why asking for help feels like a contradiction.

New mothers who were told this would be the happiest time of their lives. Athletes and high performers whose entire identity is built on managing pressure without flinching. People carrying something from years ago that still decides how they sleep.

Strength is not the opposite of needing support. It is usually what has made the support so overdue.

Who we serve

Four areas we know deeply

Maternal and perinatal mental health

Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, birth trauma, parenting and attachment, and the identity shift that nobody warns you about. Our founder holds advanced PSI perinatal training.

Trauma recovery

PTSD, abuse, family separation, and intrusive memories — including EMDR for clients whose trauma has not responded to talk therapy alone.

High performers

Emotional regulation, self-confidence, goal setting, and performance-related mental health, led by a clinician who competed at the Division I level.

Men's mental health

Depression and anxiety that show up as irritability, exhaustion, or pulling away rather than sadness. Anger, fatherhood, career pressure, and the isolation of being the person everyone else leans on. For many of our clients this is the first time they have talked to anyone about it.

How we work

What to expect here

A conversation, not an interview

The first session is more structured — we cover your primary concerns, your history, and what you want out of this. After that it settles into something that should feel like talking to a person who knows the terrain.

Evidence-based, not rigid

EMDR, CBT, motivational interviewing, solution-focused and strength-based work, mindfulness. We use what the situation calls for rather than running everyone through the same protocol.

Your clinician stays your clinician

We are deliberately small. You work with the clinician you booked with, and you are not handed off. Continuity is a clinical advantage, not a scheduling convenience.
